On November 19-25, 2025, our FAU MoD, Research Center for Mathematics of Data at FAU and the Digital Twin Lab under the CMAI, Center for Mathematics and Artificial Intelligence at GMU are organizing the “The Mathematics of Scientific Machine Learning and Digital Twins” workshop in Erice, Italy.
The workshop is an opportunity to gather experts in the broad area at the interface of Computational / Applied Mathematics and Machine Learning, with a special focus on its mathematical foundations and the new emerging computational tools in Digital Twins.
The program has been designed with relatively short talks to allow for a compact presentation of the key research directions, but leaving plenty of time for discussions and collaborations.
